The reading
A French inscription is set in recycled bronze.
The words read, “Neither regret the past nor fear the future.” Their balanced sentence returns attention to the present, where memory can inform a choice without occupying the whole day.

Worn out · projects
Do what belongs to this hour.
Over your clothes, visible to others.
The symbol
The words place regret and fear on opposite sides of the current moment. Past and future remain visible, but the sentence restores their proportion by locating breath, encounter, and action in the time already open.
The material
Recycled Bronze gives the inscription steady weight and darkens the lettering for a slower read. Its former material life quietly supports the message: history remains, yet this is the shape available now.
